There is no Spring here in Malaya, but we have hot/dry and raining seasons apart from Musim Durian heheee...
Around the middle of the year (between two equinoxes) is usually hot and dry and it is the best time to thoroughly clean the car including engine bay and undercarriage... I do this only once a year.
